Our 18-passenger minibuses are available in black, white, silver, gray, blue, red, navy, and yellow exterior colors—and we can even do custom wraps or full-color branding if you need something special for your company, school, or event. Interior options include standard cloth upholstery in neutral tones, upgraded vinyl/leatherette seating in black or gray, and premium fabric/leatherette combos on select models. Standard amenities on our 18-passenger minibuses include high-back, reclining seats with armrests and headrests; front and rear A/C; overhead parcel racks or fixed storage compartments; multiple USB ports and 12V/110V outlets; a PA system with wired/wireless microphone; and either a full-length center aisle or optional forward-facing seating layout. Upgrades include flat-screen monitors, Bluetooth sound system, Wi-Fi router, and rear luggage compartment or tow-behind trailer for extra storage. This is a minibus designed for comfort, convenience, and reliability on any kind of trip.

Per Hour is $150 – $430+, per day is $1,520 – $3,255, per mile is $4.00 – $7.95. Factors that can affect the price include the distance traveled, duration of the rental, time of year, and any additional services or amenities requested. For example, longer trips that require overnight stays will incur extra charges for driver lodging and meals, while local charters may be subject to minimum hourly requirements. Special events like weddings, concerts, or sporting events can also impact pricing due to increased demand and traffic congestion. The 18-passenger minibus is one of the most versatile vehicles in our fleet—larger than a sprinter van but smaller and more affordable than a full-size charter bus, with room for up to 18 adults plus luggage, and available with the same kinds of amenities you’d find on a bigger coach, including Wi-Fi, video screens, and PA system. Compared to a 15-passenger minibus, this model offers more seating, better legroom, and a smoother ride thanks to its longer wheelbase and upgraded suspension. Need something bigger? We recommend booking your 18-passenger minibus at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability and get the best rates—especially if your trip falls during a busy season or coincides with a major local event. In La Crosse, some of the biggest events that can impact bus availability include Oktoberfest (late September to early October), the La Crosse Region Spring and Fall Craft Beer Festivals, the Rotary Lights holiday display (November–December), and large UW-La Crosse or Viterbo University events like graduation and homecoming. Summer weekends are also popular for weddings, family reunions, and outdoor festivals, which can lead to increased demand for minibuses and other group transportation. Our 18-passenger minibus can comfortably hold luggage for all passengers, typically allowing each person one standard carry-on bag (backpack or small roller) and one larger item (duffel or suitcase). Luggage can be stored in rear cargo area, overhead parcel racks inside the cabin, or in an optional tow-behind trailer for groups with additional or oversized baggage. This makes the minibus ideal for airport transfers, multi-day trips, and outings where passengers need to bring extra gear—such as sporting equipment, musical instruments, or presentation materials.
